IMO you are better off thinking longer term than a one night stand. Start a loose friendship and then work it from there then your time will come and when it dose come you will have something way less awkward because you actually know each other. If you perform with all your might you will get another night and then you can throw in kinky shit that you would not have been able to do before because you are getting comfortable with each other. At the end of all that you might also find someone you really like to be with.

Yeah I prefer a solid steady relationship whether just for sex or something more serious, one night stands are to variable and some chicks are just plain nasty once you get them back to your place.

You could definitely just go up to the bartender near the girl and be like let me buy this girl a drink then walk away no? I don't think you would fully have to bring the drink to her.
