Getting a picture in a thread

how the hell do you get a picture in a thread

post the picture in Picture section then post the link of the image like this :

even though im not the best at it, use your mouse and move to "The Site" drop down menu in the mid left top part of your screen, and go down to FAQ which is Frequently Asked Questions scroll down and you will see how to.
