Getting A house

comfortable couches and a nice big kickass coffee table where everyone can chill, maybe some fine 12th century eastern european art to put up on the walls?
 
my friends had like, 3 different sectionals that they arranged to all be next to eachother (big living room though), and they built a huge long coffee table out of some wood they got somewhere. they painted it white. then whenever they'd aquire stickers and stuff they'd slap em on there. and they'd leave sharpies out so people could write drunk messages on it, and on the ends they mounted bottle openers. it was dope.
 
Seriously, devote a closet for a beer and homebrew setup. Making your own beer is so cheap and easy once you have the components, and a gravity assisted homebrew system is the best.
 
get one of those rectangle gymnastic trompolines... like those ones that cost 5000 dollas and get your flip on. trampin is sooo much fun.
 
Ping pong table - great for fun sober ping pong and drunk ass beer pong

Lots of couches/seats - good for sleeping and entertaining

Designate a room for smoking - its super chill

Tv + electonics - good stereo and video games are key

lots of big postser/banners - make it look dope
 
i have really comfy couches where each cushion/seat reclines all the way back and fips out, its ballin, and my coffee table like lifts up and out so you dont have to lean over to eat off of it. its way ballin, start there. also foosball, pool table, hot tub....
 
party house? pool table, ping pong, darts, pinball, pacman.

real house? cool art, anything from ikea, thrift/antique store furniture, cool throw rugs, futuristic looking kitchen appliances, sweet fish tank... i don't know, run with it.
 
cover every inch of the walls, floor, and ceiling with porn.

that would be one balla house.

 
depends on your budget/style....but 2 things that always make a place look nicer....

plants - lots of them, walmart has awesomely cheap houseplants (at least in canada they do). they are easy to grow, just put them in a window, water them, and dont move them around all the time.

fish tank - a nice planted (real plants) fish tank always looks nice in any room....freshwater will be easier, and are largley underated i think, saltwater is a lot of work to set up, but if you are into that, then sure. also saltwater fish will generaly be more expensive i think....personally id go with a freshwater tank with lots of tetras and gouramis.
 
if i were to buy one piece of furniture for my house, it would be a pool table. if i were to buy another, it would be a coffee table
 
Yo, still looking for some more ideas, but check this, we have a huge backyard, I am going to make some nice horse shoe pits and and a bean bag toss. I love chillin with some friends, beer, and horse shoes and bean bag toss. Also I a going to make a couple fire pits, one with some sweet log style benches, some tiki torches, a grill, some lawn chairs and a table, a small soccer goal, a hamock, and maybe a net to hit golf balls into. Keep hitting up some more ideas for inside and out.
 
Get a used projector and a screen. Check craigslist, you can get a good one with the proper hookups for around $300. Get curtains for your living room and clear a wall and you have a 8 foot screen to play Halo on.
