Gettin real sick of icon upload not working for me

I know there's a billion threads on this but i searched and can't find a solution and i'm finally getting to the point where i'm sick of the gray NS default
So my icon disappeared randomly one day. Now everytime i try to upload a new one it says "Finished" but doesnt actually do anything.
The icon i'm trying to upload (exact same one I used to use) is 7.47KB and 50x50
help please

come on mr fucking bishop wtf do some work instead of sitting on your ass with your colored hair. ha!
 
problem solved, thank you!
solution: new uploader needs images to be in JPEG form, not BMP as with old uploader
