does anyone else think it is funny that getboards.com still has the same prices on all their skis as they did last november. where almost all other shops are sold out of a certain ski in all sizes, getboards still has every ski in stock and almost every size. their prices for skis are high. they will probably end up with a bunch of this years skis when next season comes and the new models come out. im not dissing them, cuz ive bought a bunch of shit from there, but damn

there are no ski shops near me so i use the internet shops. i had no problem with getboards, got my Lange Concept boots for damn cheap

WIFreeskier, pinewskis is by far the sickest shop for most shit. they have siver armada all other major ski brands the people are really nice. they have wakeboard skateboard aggro inline and probably alot alot more its by minneapolis if you re ever in the cities anyone, go there it is very dope- hans

 
ya i like d structure, but they are in canada, and if i ordered from there, the shipping would be horrible to send to the states.

no way, a few friends and i orderd all our ski stuff 4 the season from there... bout 1000 us dollars worth and shipping was 40 bucks which wasnt 2 bad b/c it has to go thru customs and all that shit... but it might depend on what state your'e shipping to they shipped it to ny.

 
i was looking at something like a shirt, but it defeats the whole purpose of finding it cheap if you still have to pay 10-15 bucks for shipping

Yeah... Glacier Shpo Freeride is dope... well, at least they carry dope shit, but cuz it is in whis and cuz of all the tourists everything is sooo expensive. I don't live in whistler full time, so i use North Shore Ski and Board in Vancouver. They give me everything at at least %20 beow sticker price cuz i am such a regular. If you don't have a ski shop close, fine use the internet, but don't claim that it is so great; cuz nothing is better thanm having a chill relationshoip with the owner of a shop, stuff is cheaper that way too.

PS. Only idiots order boots over the internet, you should always try them on, even if you had langes before and in the same size.

backcountry is the shit for oakley gear you gotta be quick as shit size L everything is the first to go. I got a frames in 02 for 54 dollars Iridium and last month khaki pants with those huge pockets right in front for 49 they are 2 hundo every other day

anyway, getboards seems legitimate. i always thought their prices were kind of high though.

on another note, i heard a rumor that skiershop.com is/has pretty much gone under and has/had horrible customer service. can anyone verify?
