i ordered the cheap skogen shirt, the kwest 4frnt hat and the jetblack oakley aframes and they came. they called like a day after my order because they didn't have the hat and goggles in stock, but the next day the hat came in, and i cancelled the goggles, but they came in the mail anyways (still at the higher price).

yeah, ive never had a problem but my firend once ordered something but they "ran out of boxes" not quite sure how that happends, but i did get the gift package from them and they say they r going to be improving

ive ordered shit from getboards like 4 times and everytime it was perfect..and one of the times i ordered skis too..and the only thing that happened was that they sent me 05 06 skis instead of 04 05...so that was pretty sick..no problems with getoards here

This season Getboards is putting a new site online that is geared only towards skiing. It' not quite complete but their new site is twintipskis.com. I've visited the store up at big bear many times since I've lived in the area, good people, and I've never had a problem with ordering online but several times this last season I came in when they were having computer problems. I can see how that screws up orders but it probably wasn't the stores fault, but the software they used.

ive never had problems with them. i mean all ive got from them is a pair of STL's and some look bindings, but they actually came 2 days EARLIER then they were supposed 2. it was pretty sweet.
