So order a sweatshirt in xxl, sweet. Then i wait two weeks and nothing shows up, no tracking number or anything. I even checked the site to see if that size was still available after i ordered to make sure that it wasn't the last one or last few, because ive heard and experienced in the past getboards fucking up. Nope, size still there until a day or two ago. So i call today, takes the guy like 10 min to figure out whats going on, says well line fucked up and gave everyone less sizes then they were supposed to, but i have an xl. so i say why dont you adjust your shitty site and inventory accordingly when this happens, so this doesn't happen to me and whoever else ordered the size in the 3 weeks it says its on the site. "Well i can ship out an xl and a couple free movies" i say no i wanted that size and youve officially lost my business forever because ive ordered stuff three times from you guys and you fucked every one up. so he credits my account and now my neat sweatshirt ive been stoked about is knowhere to be found at any other site. sorry, had to rant. its a shame because they seem to have such a large inventory and just fuck it up everytime

dont give those whores any more business.
 
if you searchbar, like i did a month ago, it says they used to be sketchy but now they aren't, so i took that as an ok to buy something from them, but no, they fail again.

how hard is it to change your site to match your inventory, especially over a period of 3 weeks, that is my point. every other site seems to do a decent job of that, or at least let you know, or dont keep the $80 out of your account for 3 weeks.

and to the guy saying that the free movies compensates for the screwed order, you're BSing yourself. if you ordered a pair of 185 skis and they offered you 175 skis plus a tshirt, would you be happy?
 
too bad they are still fucking it up. i previously had a good experience with them and thought they had their shit straight but i guess you never know with them... i too have had my share of major fuck ups with them.

ya i agree with japanada. getboards.com has never ever ever messed up my order and ive ordered stuff from there about 4 times. there shipping was fast (3-4 days faster than the schedule said it would get here) i dont see how alot of people have problems with them.
 
That sucks. I know i've only had good experiences with them.
Despite the bad experience, at least they tried to rectify it and in the end credited your account.
Not that you would want to buy from them again, but maybe calling them on the phone to place the order might be better.
 
same....ordered all my gear got it sent and shipped over to UK with no problems they responded to emails quick and threw in a few bonuses for big order and all this was on the weekend on the guys personal email adress will definitely order agen! sucks about the line hoodies guessin it was the Jib hoodie as every site seem to be having problems with those!
 
WTF! not even close to the same thing! I could almost guarantee you that this guy does not need an xxl sweater. Skis first of are a much larger purchase (400-800 bucks) a sweater is what? 90 tops? ski movies are like 20 bucks a piece so I'd say that's a damn good offer
 
few years ago i heard nothing but bad things about them.
they seemed to have fixed most if not all issues so we shall see how they fair in the future
 
same deal happened with me. i order a tshirt in xl and i figure why not get a beanie while in paying for shipping for the tshirt. they tell me 2 weeks later that they screwed up inventory and only have a L, so they offer to give me the large and a free movie. i email asking to change the tshirt and get another one that is available in xl, they never answer my emails, send me just the beanie and refund my money on the tshirt. no free movie or anything. i send an email saying i would never have bought the beanie alone because the cost plus shipping is not worth it, the tshirt is the only reason i made the order. they never email me back. i have literally sent them like 6 or 7 unanswered emails. worst business ever, no lie.
