i just got an order from getboards and want to exchange it. are they good at doing exchanges? i've emailed them a couple times but haven't gotten a reply yet. i know everyone bitches about them being slow but if anyone's tried to exchange shit let me know.

I sent back a hoodie cause it was too big, i wrote a note inside the box and just sent it back. They addressed the package wrong but luckily i put my phone number on the box so fedex called me and straightened it out. I got my new hoodie about a week after I sent the other one back.
