Yea, they really need to work on customer relations, they tell you one thing and then don't do it. Its not hard to tell people that their order is going to be delayed

yet again, 3rd year in a row, getboards gets my order right and sends me all my stuff in reasonable time, or at least what they said. Except for my bindings. My reactors took about 3 weeks more than they said.

do you think they realize that they mess up a ton of orders? who knows..lets all just send them emails telling them what they should do,they wont really do anything unless customers start ranting on them,u know?
