so my mom and sister ordered me some shit off of getboards.com, i think a line beanie, 3 hats and something else for x mas, and they didn't come in yet, and my sister payed extra to get them in by christmas.... neone else not get there shit yet? or do i just have real bad luck

jah dude if they said it will be there for christmas then you can bitch all you want, they might say it is the shipping companys fault, but its there job to take that into consideration before they make faluse promises......

ok, i had this problem with them too. i ordered some gear 2 day air on a tuesday. i call them on the next wednesday and they havent even fucking shipped it yet. so i got all pissed at them and then he sent it that day. just call them and say you need it ASAP.

same thing happened to me, except i ordered it on like december 5th and paid for 3 day air, it still hasn;t come now

i havent used getboards since i ordered my skis from there. they said they would come in a couple of weeks. two months later, they told us a month. a month later i just cancelled the order.

ive never had a problem with them

once i actually filled in a wrong number on my zip code, and even with that, it still took only like 2 weeks to get it

normally i get my stuff within a week

I really think it depends on where you live. If you live close to California, they ship it to you quick, but if you live farther, it takes them a month

ya...same thing happened to me. i ordered 3 day shipping (i live in CO), called two weekes later about it. they said it was 'en route' but they actaully shipped it overnight cuz they f-ed up...and the order was wrong!

i ordered a ski vid from them, and it was supposed to be there in a week or something but it took way longer, like 27 days+. i sent them e-mails and after a while i didnt get any responses from them at all. then i called, and they sent it express taht day.
