i think they have been getting a shit load of hype that they ARE SO BAD. jw how many peopl ehad a good buy and didnt have a good buy like it seem like a lot of people are jumping on the getboards.com sucks and mess up all the time bangwagon
 
I love the selection that getboards has, but at least to me, they suck at sending ur stuff out. I ordered 2 tee's, a hoody, 2 movies, bindings, and a backpack from them, and it took 2 months, 5 emails, and about 3 phone calls for them to finally ship my stuff. I wish they had better service though......they would be sooooo legit if they cleaned up their act and started updating their site.
 
a few years ago i had horrible expirence with them, but just this past fall i had a great expirence, so i guess it depends
 
Each time I've ordered something that was in stock I've recieved it correctly. Granted the use about the slowest shipping method in the history of mankind for their cheapest shipping, but whatever.

I have however purchased something that wasn't in stock and had the unpleasant experience of an order lost in space. Instead of sending you an email that says "its out of stock, but we'll have it in by xx/xx/xx" or "its out of stock and we can't get any more", you end up having to call them and they'll tell you. Otherwise, your order just sits floating in space....

Pretty reasonable though, and at least a decent collection of items. Just got Scratch 120 bindings for $160, plus 20% off with the freeskier discount....
 
In my experiences theyve all been bad. So it sounds like its a mix of good and bad, but why even risk buying from them if theres a good chance youre gonna have a bad experience? You should just buy from a good local shop that puts back into the sport.
 
Let's just say I've gotten 2 different pairs of Armada's for $250 brand new, with free shipping, and I got my stuff about 3-4 days after I ordered. I also randomly recieved a goodie box from them for free with movies, hats, stickers, paste wax, and a t-shirt. I like them, they are legit, and from time to time have great deals.
 
last year i got rossignol bindings for cheap

and the shipping was soooo fast

i guess it depends what you get and when
 
Nothing but good experiences from getboards, but then again, I only dealt with them in person when I lived in Cali.
 
I've orderd from them like 4 times and never had a problem.

Also, if you have had a problem, also include when it happened.... because they could have cleaned up their act and kids could be saying "blah blah getboards fucked over my order" and that was 3 years ago...
