Anyone buy anything from this site , found a great deal but it almost to good to be true???? looking for some reviews
 
Despite what people say, they're legit and they deliver. If you're international expect to wait a LONG time before you get your stuff... over a month.
 
I got my TMs there last year.. and I forked over some $$ for the deal thats going on, and I dont plan on checking this thread to hear a letdown cause Im currently full of hype.. so yes buy something, now.
 
What you heard is wrong. Here in this thread there are numerous people who have actually dealt with them. Who do you think is more credible...
 
i ordered my school clothes from them haha. it took a pretty long time and my mom called them and it was way behind schedule so they send the same stuff free of charge. it took a while but they have some pretty good deals.
 
ive heard of them fucking up huge in the past, but i just bought some Scratch BCs from them yesterday...

Oh, and I've bought Line Skogens, Blends, Axial bindings, a hoody, and a Freebord from them, all reperate orders, and all came in the designated tiem frame and were great deals. I've ordered on the internet and over the phone with them, no problems.
 
this is the weirdest thread about getboards I've ever seen. Most threads are filled with countless stories about how they ordered something and it took 12 years for them to recieve their Olin Mark IVs or how they ordered 300 dollar skis but were bankrupted because getboards sold their credit card numbers to Al Quada.

I personally have had great luck with them. I ordered a Siver t-shirt and I got it in the mail about 3 days before they said they were ever going to ship it. My skis got here quickly and came with Ready Fire Aim, which I wasn't expecting.
 
well my aunt ordered me a shirt from the like 2 years ago that never came.

i ordereed deadbolts from them yesterday, so i hope they are legit
 
i buy stuff from them, once in a while theyll never send your stuff out but you have to call them and then theyll send it
 
thats weird i order tshirts and i even bought bindings from them and i got exactly what i ordered in like 1-2 weeks i buy stuff from them all the time they are legit
 
anyone know if the discount works for more than 1 pair? cuz i accidentally ordered 2 and if i cant get the 2nd cancelled i dont wanna pay full price for a ski that i dont even want
 
i ordered a pair of skis, received the email confirming the order and it didnt include the discount. so i emailed them and within 10minutes they emailed me back that the discount will occur when they charge my card and a new invoice will be created and shipped with my skis.. as for the free shipping.. order must be over 200$.. these skis are only $199... shipping cost according to their site is only $9.52.. not bad for a pair of skis. Ill let ya know when i get them.
 
if you dont mind having them not send you your shit for two months and then sending you the wrong skis when they finally send them, go for it
 
Nothing but trouble for me.... more that once too. so I would never buy from them again, but i'm sure they dont give a shit
 
they suck at being a website. it takes at least a month to get your stuff and sometimes they send the wrong stuff (they did to me), they also sent me a scratched to the point that it didnt read in my dvd player TBC
 
there were over a hundred or so copies of TBC from ally that were damaged... they had fixed that problem.. all you had to do was tell them and theyd send you a new one. i emailed kris about the problem and he emailed back sayin they knew of the problem and if you got one to mail it back and get a replacement.. its not getboards fault on that one.
 
While you're correct there were some copies that had errors with playing, it wasn't because they were scratched. If getboards sent him a scratched disk, that means they sent a used disk. Shady place.
 
email received today: FEDEX Tracking number.. will be delivered friday... ordered Monday.. id say that getboards.com is reliable and fast..

as for the "scratched" disk... who knows what he really meant by scratched cause i got one of those tbc copies and it seemed "scratched" but wasnt.. the playback appeared as though it were a scratched disk.. and they do come plastic sealed... duh.. getboards couldnt have messed with it.
 
yea.. im post whoring this thread but for all the people who've had problems.. i dont get how.. i ordered skis on monday. i got them today.. CA to NY.. thats good and i checked my bank statement.. only 209.51 deducted.. (199.99 + 9.52 shipping). So yea. the BBB grade is F but taht was in 2003.. now they seem ok to me. i even got a free dvd with it.
