hey, i ordered ma skis a long time ago in the 10 day candian transportation n i havnt recieved them yet. has this happened to anyone else ??
 
yeah that has happened to me every time, its been atleast 5 days late. it sucks cause they have good prices and a good selection.
 
i ordered a tee and 2 hats off them. it took a month for the tee and one beanie to get here cause they ran out of stock just after i ordered the other hat. then like 3 weeks after that i got the hat that i didnt get and the same tee again cause they screwed up. so im happy cause i got a free tee but it did take a while
 
I'm thinking of getting some outerwear from there. I live in Canada. But searching up on other threads about them sounds very sketchy. It seems to mixed and not realiable to buy from them. I live in Canada so I don't know if that will effect their shipping much.

Everyone who has dealt with getboards.com should say where they're from, what they ordered, and how long it took. Also if they got the right stuff and if they followed up on their little "perks" like a subscription to freeskier.
 
i have never ordered anything over the internet from them but i have been to their store in big bear and they are really cool and hooked up some really good deals for me.
 
Hey man, I ordered clothes from them, and I'm in Canada too. It took 29 days for the clothes to come. They ship it through the POST OFFICE not Fedex or UPS, so their shit gets held up at customs forever. Don't count on it coming anytime soon, but it will come dude.
 
Man, that sucks. I want to order from them so bad cause it's such a good deal. But fuck, they have horrible reviews, and waiting that long for shit is ridiculous.
 
never bought from them and never will. if it doesnt come in, CALL them, and not email, atleast you know they got the message from you if you call
 
yeah. before i heard all the "getboards" horror stories, i ordered skis and bindings from them. they arrived a WEEK before they were supposed to. so...i dunno, i think they are fine :P, but i probably wont buy from them again.
 
you should order from d-structure, specially if you're from Canadia! The thing over mail is pure bullshit, i ordered shit ffrom LA last week and it came througfh canadapost and got here yesterday.  GETBOARDS JUST SUCKS! 
 
The reality about them is they have an absolutely sick selection of gear and clothing, that in alot of cases you will not find in other on-line shops. The prices are fair, especially on skis. I am not sure why some on here say that they had to wait along time to get their orders. I ordered a couple really sick T-shirts and some vids and I got them in 3 days!! The only thing I can think of why some have got their shit late is because getboars is the biggest shop online..and they get slammed with orders. They should hire more peeps during the winter fo sho.
 
ive nver had a concern with reciving my stuff they just lie liek they said i would get a free t shirt with my skis and free water bottle with my gloves and the ski movie i got with my skis was a shitty vhs of a movie mad like 6 yrs ago
 
I hear they're reliable in the States, but in Canada it's sketchy. It takes about a month for their stuff to cross the border. No exaggeration.
 
ya thier a wierd shop, like i ordered a tee of them and it came super quick, but alls i here now is that they are super slow
 
THey suck!! I ordered a pair of skiis from them and they sent me the wrong pair. When they finally sent me the right pair it took forever. If you are going to buy stuff online you should support a company that is reliable. Which is not getboards!!!
 
I've bought two pairs of skis from them. Both of them came within 3 days, free shipping. Both pair of skis were at least 33% cheaper than anywhere else if not more. I got a copy of exact science with one pair and a copy of forward with the other pair. And randomnly they sent me a box with 2 hats, a movie, paste wax, stickers, a shirt, and some other shit.
 
I just did my 3rd order with them, it's always come within three days. 2 orders were skis and bindings, one order was a sweatshirt. I did 2 orders by internet and 1 by phone, all sent within the USA. It should be noted that they sold me the Skogen Sprangs with the snakes on them for $250!!!

I wonder how many people who had delays ordered internationally (from Canada). Probably a customs problem, not a getboards problem.
 
It seems like everybody in the states gets their shit and everyone in canada doesn't get it for a month, this sucks because this is the first thing Ive heard about sketchy service to canada and I ordered new siver outerwear a month and a half ago and it seems everytime I call them they have a different story and no one has a clue what the fuck is going on.
