how are they with shipping stuff are they reliable cause i want boots off of them and i want to know if there good
 
They seem to be horrible or really good. Many kids on this site have had bad experiences with them including me. I had bought pants from them with 2-3 day shipping and I didn't get an email until a week later saying they were sold out. I could never get in touch with them. I won't go through them again but that's just me.
 
It is hit and miss. They are horrible at keeping track of their inventory so even though they take their order, there is a chance that they will e-mail you back saying that they oversold and ask you if you want anything else. In my case they took my order, two weeks later I e-mailed them about the lost stuff and they then asked me if I received the e-mail stating that they were oversold(they never e-mailed me). They offered me 30% off on any other item. I ordered a jacket and a set of poles and haven't seen or heard anything about it since. They didn't charge my card either time but they keep you in the dark and their communication was horrible. Good luck.
 
what boots are you looking at you should just buy them somewere else and posibly save yoursef some trouble
 
Just to clear something up about getboards: yes, they had crappy customer service in the past. They heard everyone badmouthing the shop and got their act together and have since then been pretty good about sending stuff. Call them up if you need something to verify it's still in stock, they're chill people.

 
totaly opposite for me, ordered skis on there 320 sale and got em about a week after i order em, would of been quicker but i had the worst shipping.

like the other guy said evogear is pretty darn good
 
if you don't need them immediately I would go for it, if you do then I'd go with a more reputable seller.
