get wisdom strap off

i jus got the helmet strap for my wisdoms and i cant get the straps off my goggles wtf its hard as hell. how do u do it???

 
almost the same, but the plastic thing that connects the strap to the helmet is flat, and not bent at all. And there's some rubber on the strap.
