Get this lens a new home

So I got this on ebay and now I don't really use it and thats for good reason, the aperture ring is stuck wide open so its a locked 50mm f/1.4 prime that can only be used at 1.4. With that being said I'm not asking much for it and it does come with the m42 to eos adapter.

The lens is a smc pentex 50mm f/1.4 originally m42 mount and I would like to get $60 for it but I'm willing to bring the price down to get the off my hands.

Pictures are in my profile because I have no idea how to put them in a thread now, sorry for the trouble if someone could embed them for me that'd just be great.

Hate to be that guy, but you can get a mint version for $100. Only being able to shoot at 1.4 makes it essentially useless, yet you're still selling it at 60% value?

I think the fair price of it isn't even worth the trouble of selling it, honestly. If I were you I'd use this opportunity to open it up and tinker around.

But this is ns, so only being able to shoot at f1.4 might be considered a feature to the newest guys to hop in the dslr bandwagon.

And I'm willing to sell it for cheaper basically i just want this gone but I don't want to just give it away. It's intended for someone that doesn't have a lot of money, is still learning, and just wants to play around with a fifty. Also the lens is damn sharp and produces interesting results for being stuck wide open.
