thanks i never thought to actually take the back part of it off before i tried to stick it...

Does anyone know how the nail polish thing works out?

i heard it works good to hold to sticky part up to something warm so it melts it and it sticks a lot better

 
clear nail polish should work...i see no proplesm....i also made stickers stick to the whit metal of my outboard using superglue...so that works too

clean the surface really well. Soap & water might cut it,but when i put decals on my dirtbike, i spray the area with brake cleaner, then wipe and apply the decal. For larger stuff i've heard about spraying a soapy water solution onto the back of the sticker and the surface, then you can slide the sticker where ever you want it, and then you're supposed to take a credit card or something like it and squeejee the water out from under it and it will stick forever...never tried it tho.

blowdryer to the sticky stuff before you put it on works pretty good, then blowdry when applied, shampoo, rinse, and repeat

yea you put the nail polish near the edges of teh sticker especialy..this prevents and moisture from getting under and cruling the edges..ldead to it falling off

 
ok, you see those two fingers on your hand? yeah, the one you use to point, and the one you use to 'flip the bird'. now, cross those two fingers over one another. that's how all of my ski gear stays together.
