get pumped guys snowtrails jib academy is almost here March 3rd is when sammy carlson and peter olenick will be riding in snowtrails terrain park so whos all comin
 
im goin! not for the jib acadamy...but im hoping i can stil get into the park and see the pros ski and stuff
 
how do i get in than??? im never up at snow trails

if you're too old to join the actual event, you should come anyway just to check it out. it's not often that big name skiers stop in at snowtrails.
 
you won't be able to participate in the actual event, but there will be plenty of skiing to do, and you can watch peter olenick and sammy carlson make laps, so i'd think it would be worth it.
 
I'm praying that Snowtrails will still have snow...or at least the jumps in decent condition...
 
Hey if there are ne ppl comin in and they dont wanna stay at a motel message me and u could prlly stay at my house i live like 5 min from there
 
call the ski shop tomorrow @ 419-756-3105. we have a sign-up sheet ready, all you have to do is tell us your name and you're in!
 
yea but will we have to watch from like through the trees from rustler or will they let us in without skis to watch...being that its closed off to anyone over age or a non coach
 
you also have to go onto salomonjibacademy.com and go to usa/canada and print off the release form and mail it into salomon. you better do it fast!!!! also you must email the dude to reserve a spot. just go to the web page and follow derictions from their.

 
i'm pretty sure you can just bring your waiver to the event. don't quote me, but that wouldn't make any sense that you would absolutely have to mail it in.
 
well one of those people would be me. and i don't know for sure. but i'm off today and maybe someone that is in there would know for sure.
 
haha i called someone in the ski shop, they had no clue so they sent me to information.

I asked the lady about the Jib Academy and she says " The what academy"? So i tell her its on the 3rd and ask her if she sees it, she tells me that she has no clue what i'm talking about, and asked who told me about this. Then she asked me to go online and look for it on the Snowtrails site because she was sure that i must be wrong, ....

that's a shame. you must have spoken with the one person who doesn't know what the jib academy is. call tomorrow between twelve and eight (my shift) and we'll definitely be able to help you out.
 
i talked to some lady at solomon and she said just bring the waiver to the actual event not mail it in... HOW MUCH DOES IT COST!!!
 
what time does it start cus i get off work at 12 and it'll take me like 15 min to get there from work.
 
i seriously don't see why it would be open. If there people teaching and groups of kids being taught, it would be so hectic to allow everyone else to use the park. It isn't really big enough for that....
 
the park really is going to be closed on saturday march 3rd and i think the park is going to be closed the 2 days before the jib academy for rebuilding of all the rail take offs and building a 40-45 ft jump but im not for sure on this
 
since nobody has really asked... what is the park gonna be set up like.. i know i dont have to worrie about good jumps but how many and what sizes?
 
the park is going to stay the same as far as i know except for the middle jump is going to be pushed back to a 40-45 ft jump and the pencil rail is going to be angled a little bit steaper to make it easyer to slide
 
dang it, it starts at 10 so i cant enter i'll be at work till 12, but im still gonna go to watch. anyone else gonna watch with me? lol
 
is the park still how it was when those pictures were taken on the snowtrails website... like the 3 differnt jumps on one landing thing? or is it differnt now
