Get over it, king of style isnt about syle

After reading multiple post about kos in the past 3 years, I feel like i have to set thje record straight.

king of style is just a regular big air comp that dosnt imply more points for style.

See list of past winners:

2006: Sammy C :switch 10 mute with a poke

2007: Richard permin: switch 1080 mute, bio 9 mute and switch 7 double tail (at that opint, I believe more then one run counted)

2008: PK Hunder double cork 1080 mute

2009: Andreas Hatveit double cork 10 or 12 with a double grab (not sure )

2010: Kevin Rolland dub cork 12 (yea he won the last round with a flat 3 that he did because the other rider crashed)

Now every year people complain about howkos should be more bout style and what not.

Does that mean that Mega mother hucker should have awarded more point for straight hucking??

Come on it's just a big air comp like every other and a sick one because they invite people from an online qualifier that let you guys see uber dope edits from the top riders in the world.

Stop complaining and enjoy, unless you really want to do something about it and get something started to have something liek what jacob is thinking.

been said since the first year they still keep this name.

Why?? because that's way better for an organiser to keep the same contest name and keep the comp running year after year even tho the format changed every year since the first one.

Agree, However, it's not like it's not fun to do dub corks, plus Dub Cork>Style=More money and bitches. I mean I'm for a combination of both, but if you do a cork 5 no matter how steezy it is, the regular audience will be like Oh cool a Backflip 180! where as you do a dub cork 1260 and there like ZOMGZ! DID he just do a double backflip triple axel?!?

Also in a newb's mind any technical trick done styley doesn't technical so they aren't as amazed by it.
