Get over fears

I progessed a lot this season, but I wiped out on a rail and fell on my hip. Kind of looked like an upside down V. Hurt to walk for 2 months. Anyway now I can't do anything. How can I just send it and get over it?

You just have to tell yourself you can do it. Visualize it, and get the thought of falling out of your head. It's gonna happen, obviously, and if you get unlucky you can get hurt, but as long as you're scared, and stepping up to a feature focused more on not getting hurt rather than landing your trick you're gonna struggle. The more you keep hitting shit and landing it, or even taking not bad falls, the further back into your mind it will go. Getting hurt is a reality of the sport, can't change that.

an A frame?

just go for it and don't think, you'll stomp it within a couple tries. don't overthink anything in skiing or it will go wrong, think about everything good that will come from new tricks.

Jeez I never thought I would be recommended a meditation video. I'll try it when I get the chance.

It's not your typical meditation, but it just might help one that needs a bit more confidence.

If nothing else, it's fun! Only one way to find out.

Mental game is massive. Meditation is not a bad idea. I used to have all kinds of rituals I would go through before attempting hard tricks or filming or whatever.
