Get Gus Kentworthy a beer

Dude, you need to stop this vendetta against Gus. He's a skier just like you. You might not like his style or even enjoy watching him ski but other people do and always will.

He is where he is because he skis so well for someone so young, whether you deny it or not.
 
i gotta go with eheath on this one. gus is definitely a good skier, but there are a ton of people i would rather watch instead of him, and especially now because he is trying to afterbang, which is making him look worse.
 
dude i know gus and he is not making "MAD" money.... kid doesnt even own a car....lives with his mom and dad.... but hes what 16.... no body but people in colorado and pc knew his name till he mid last year. he has blown up so much this summer, to be compared to t-wall and riding with tj and candeed ---yea i dont know how to spell his name--- but he has reached the point most pros take years to reach. i personaly would be stoked if some one would ask me to be in a movie..

I don't see what's the point on hating on someone for what other people think of him, why be angry and bitter towards someone because other people like his style and way of riding? There just isn't any logic in that.

Not to mention he is very modest and an active member on NS who has pretty much only contributed positively to the site. Can't really say the same about a lot of other pro's that are around.

its true, i really dont understand why everyone on this site thinks gus is sooo good. hes not. period. end of story. there are dozens of skiers that are way better and dont any recognition from the fools on this site.
 
gus has alot of tricks. but i think the overall point is that i would buy a real lot of other people a beer for their style before i buy him one
 
prove it... of those "dozens of skiers"...don't act like hornbeck, wallisch, henrik, and others don't get the praise they deserve. THEY all get it in some form or another. If you are talking about unknown skiers that are better, well la-tee-fuckin-da, tell them to get involved and make themselves known. gus has made himself KNOWN by posting on this site and uploading videos...no different than wallisch, martini, hornbeck, and the rest. He has done NOTHING to deserve what u little faggots dish out at him. I'm not saying any one skier is better than another or even that Gus is great, I'm just saying have some respect.
The implications you haters are making are the same as if I said get the fuck off Wallisch's dick, there are other skiers better, get off martini's dick...other skiers are better...I would never say that because I have respect for who they are and how they got there and they don't deserve that kind of hate
 
Wow you're actually worthless, you know that? Everytime someone mentions this kids name you have to hate on him or mention how Tom is a better skier or whatever. And if you can believe it I actually agree with you! Tom and plenty of other skier are better then him, but he's only 16 or 17. He shows more promise than almost anyone his age and he deserves everyones respect, even if you dont like him you should have some common decency and be respectful.

The way you talk shit about Gus you'd think he fucked your mom or something.
 
For some reasoan I don't see any flaws in Kenworthys style. it's not the best but it is good and he has some big tricks.
