While his edginess has given him growing support on the streets and his catchy beats get him air time in clubs comments like these will only further alienate the public from the hip-hop culture. NO POLITICIANS CARE ABOUT POOR PEOPLE! They don't vote, they don't help the economy! For these reasons the poor are ignored, but luckily here in the US the poor only make up roughly 12 percent of the population or 35.5 million people, and guess where the hurricane happened to hit...One of the poorest parts of America, Louisiana and Mississippi, maybe God doesn't care about poor people either. Politicians and Bush included care about poor people thats why they keep medicaid and welfare programs around, but here in the US care of the poor people has fallen on private and usually faith-based organizations and programs and these are supported by Bush and the government. SO once again facts people they are important!
