As it was pointed out before, keep in mind IQ is not the measure of superiority of one person over another. We have lots of other traits that we may be better or worse in that would be just as important.

This rings some bells in my head.

Obviously, white, black, and asian are the dominant 'races' ... but there is I personally have no idea why the skin colour gene determines a person's 'race'.

but what rung in my head was that some tribal people in north-western china were fuond with chinese looks but they were all tall (for east asians), like 6'0 +, with other european traits, and apparently it was because they had mixed with europeans in the past. and apparently they found asians with blue eyes, but im not sure i believe that because i think the brown allele is dominant

 
Isn't it like, obvious that there are genetic differences contributing to increased athleticism? I mean, it's not just genetic differences in african americans, but ALL humans. Maybe that gene for amazing athletic capability just arises more in their race due to natural selection. I don't know, nor am I saying anything racist here, but the fact that some people are WAY more athletic than others certainly has a genetic basis. Granted, there are many more factors in it, but I'm just saying genetics do play a role.
 
You can say the same thing regarding Kenyans vs. African American NFL lineman. Do those NFL lineman have the same genetic advantages as a distance runner? No, a distance runner is the complete opposite physical makeup of a lineman. The Kenyans have a specific genetic advantage that goes to distance running due to their location over thousands of years. The lineman are African American, but not necessarily of nearly the same lineage as said Kenyans and can have completely different genetic variances, skin color just obviously being the same.

This goes to show that as I learned in anthropology class, there are just as many genetic differences between two people of the same race as there are of two people of different races. It is just that we chose skin color to be the one marker to decide a race upon. Like it was stated earlier, if we had chose hair color or eye color as race determination, race would be completely different.
 
Nfl players are of west african ancestry. Kenyans and ethiopians are of east african ancestry. If you look at one of those 2 ethnicities, internal genetic variance is less than the genetic variance between them and say caucasians.
 
If you want to get really technical, the concept of race is complete horse shit, go find an anthropologist and talk to them about it. I don't think i would explain it properly.
