I think it is funny taht the general skiing public thinks of pro freeskiers as these really famous people. At ski practice we watched movies and i brought the game and when we were watching i was talking to people and was like yeah we played paintball with them or skied wit hthat guy. well everyone went off on me for lying cause they think of pro earopean racers that are really famous and shit. so yeah everyone thinks i am a compulsive lyer or something now but i shall prove them wrong with pictures!!

 
They probly dont know that you can ski with pros at camps and stuff like that. Or you can probly ski with 1 or 2 pros on any given day at whistler or Squaw or Mammoth or something like that. You cant blame them for being skiing-illiterate.

today when i was getting my grad photos taken I was talking to the photographer about skiing. it started with him asking me what i wanna do for a living. Told him I wanted to be a pro skier. His responce after that was kinda dumb though. He goes 'so do you ski now?' That's an odd question to ask someone who just said they wanna go pro in the sport. Whatever. When he found out I wanted to be a pro park skier he was like 'oh so you land backwards and flip and stuff right?' It was cool cuz he was a super old guy and knew (to an extent) about newschool.
