i was wonderin if anyone who has horrible boots like me puts some kind of gel or something in their boot. early in the season i hit a table and fractured my heel from the impact on landing...

i dunno i was just wonderin

i bet that would be pretty comfy, but i dont do it... i need something on the tongue so i dont get shin bash anymore... i want new boots!!

get boustewr straps or put your straps on ypour boots on the soft toung of your boots and that will act like a boster strap

yea what the fuck do booster straps do? i always see em advertised or someone talking about them but they never say what the hell they do.

my boots are too stiff anyways...they're practically race boots... im intrigued to kno what booster straps are and what they do also tho... hahaha...intrigued...

search in forums for shintronic, i made a thread about them a while ago. They work wonders.

ya, i got some random foam pads from my shop. I formed them into shin pads and also put some under the heel to lift my heel, making my boot more snug, as well as providng shock absorbtion. So far, i havnt had as much problems with shin bang or sore ankles. looking at it, my boot set-up looks pretty ghetto, but it has done wonders.

I have a friend that can make custom insoles and they do wonders. When you land the pressure is spread across the whole of your feet. Very nice.

I have jell heels under my stock footbeds. Put them in after bruising my heel last year, it helped when it was tender and I think it has help when I land in the flats...

There's a company called Sole Custom Footbeds that sells relatively cheap footbeds that you heat up and mold yourself. They make one with extra cushioning. I have them and they're great. My feet hardly ever hurt.
