Hey Ive just started to hit the park way more than i'm used to and have noticed that the shins and calves are really getting a lot sorer than usual. Does anyone know if there is any gear that can help alleviate or stop that pain. I have looked online and people say its from the boot being loose and recommend some soft tongues or tightening the boots. If anyone knows anyting different can you let me know.

more support is better.
first post got it first try.
booster traps in combination with landing on ur toes instead of ur heels (not backseat)
you could get away with just landing properly lol.

FULL TILTS...

jk realy concentrate on not landing back seat also look around for these shin pads my bro got them last year and they work well for him.

how tight do you do up your boots?

if your not doing them tight, then the movement will cause shinbang.

me, i do my boots up as tight as they can go, i never get shin bang, even after hitting 50-60 footers and stuff
