seconding blister- has everything you would want in a review.
Another thing that I do a lot, which gets you complete unbiased reviews from people who are probably a comparable ability level- is to look through past Newschoolers threads. A simple google search "site:newschoolers.com review" and you will get a bunch of hits from people just like you who love to ski who share what they think of the ski.
If that fails you can always make a gear talk thread and get some responses. Plus I know that a few of the blister guys lurk and will give their insightful opinion here on NS too sometimes.

Newschoolers roofbox, blister gear, and then I’d probably round it out with ski essentials. But the last one isn’t as in depth. Moreso, they chat about skis in person and compare
There is also a bunch of good stuff from Europe, including the Ski Alper Buyer's Guide, the DSV skiTest, and FriFlyt. Each covers different ways of skiing...

Gonna just shamelessly plug Powder's Gear Locker in addition to all the other great resources already listed. Yes, I'm biased since I'm the Gear Editor over there, but I'm pretty stoked on what we've been able to get done so far!
