The fall line is more of a slightly padded sleeve. I use it to keep my skis clean when I toss them in the back of my truck going to and from the mountain.
The concourse bags are more heavily padded and meant for travelling with your gear. I've got one I use anytime I fly somewhere with my skis. It's got a much more defined shape and also has pole straps.
Both bags are nice but if you're going to be going somwhere by air, I'd highly suggest getting the Concourse over the fall line.
