i just said it didn't break in the poll. then my brand new nano just dies. it was fine then i go to bed, wake up and it wont turn on. when i plug it into the comp. my comp makes a ding noise, then nothing happens.

same thing happened to my brothers.. i sent it in for warantee... they suspected abuse/accidental damage.. and declined service... going to have to call them up and rip hes only had it for like 4 months
