Ha, been listening to them for a while, they're from like one town over from where I live. They'll probably play asbury park eventually and I'll see them.
Another jersey band you guys should check out is titus andronicus. Totally different sound, but super good. I saw them over the summer, it was such a good show.

just saw these guys with rise against a couple weeks ago. they are awesome live and rise against kicks ass live so overall it was a fuckin awesome show

I'm pretty sure they played with springsteen once or something, and I think my mother might have been at that show.
Somewhat related... I just saw johnny foreigner, super good show. They go crazy on stage the whole time.

I'm super jealous!
I've listened to johnny foreigner for a good 4 or 5 years but never got the chance to see them play live. There one of the few bands you wish would become more popular, I always feel sorry reading about them having to sell all sorts of stuff in order to scratch together some cash for a tour.

Yeah I heard they sold a bunch of stuff to get to the US. I had so go through all this crazy shit to get to philly, where I saw them, and my transportation situation somehow fell into place the night before. I was stoked. Cause they like never play in the US, I guess they're not popular in the US but are in england.
They're so good on stage, so much energy and head banging. And they sound great live.

To continue making you jealous, they started with johnny foreigner vs you and the the guy singer and girl singer came down into the crowd, cause it was a small place, and sang the whole song. Then as they were finishing up, they got back on stage then all of them went crazy and just played real loud and chaotic, like the equivalent of hitting all the buttons on your keyboard at once. Not sure what musicians call that. It was so sick. Then they did eyes wife terrified.
