Gas Prices.

gas prices have been so volatile lately.

In California gas was $1.70 a gallon, I go away for a few days and come back. it's $2.30

Gas used to be steady at around $1.20 / $1.30 a gallon a few years ago.

I don't complain, people in UK pay a hell of alot more than I do

$2.05 for regular here in california. I win, actually it really sucks, I can't drive anywhere, I have to take the train or bus. Corporate bullshit.

It's like 1,10€/litre here in Finland, so it's about $4,50/gallon. Is UK gallon bigger than US gallon? ...fuckin confusing

 
bleh, i though mine was a lot..

In PA it's 1.70 (USD obviously)... Usually it's like 1.20 - 1.30.. I hate it, I have a Jeep and i get like 16 Miles/Gallon.. It's rough.

Fuck gas. gas is a big consperecy all these rich people know how to make it and they have lots of it so when they run low on money they say there isnt a lot of gas and raise the price hella.

almost all of america gets its gas from alaska, but when the middle east has a 'crisis' the gas prices sky rocket because its a so called 'global market.' fuck that!

 
UM OK, TODAY I WAS GETTING GAS, AND I AM WATCHING HOW MUCH IT COST GO UP, LIKE I AM GETTING UP TO 30, TO 34 BUCKS AND MY CAR NEVER TAKES THAT MUCH MONEY TO FILL THE TANK, SO I LOOK OVER AND THERE IS GAS PORING OUT OF MY GAS TANK!!!! omg i was soo scared and embaressed, i got gas all over my feet and all over the side of my car, it was soo embaressing. and even worse caus ei personly know both the guys who work at my gasstation, thank god they didn't see me, it was bad...

omg, you have no idea how bad it sucked, like now the back of my car smells like gas, and i washeed off the side of my car, it sucks.

oh and right after i got home and washed off my car, at golf practice we were at the range and i went to get more balls and i push the buttom for the balls, and i FOrget TO PUT THE BASKET UNDER THE BALL SHOOT, YA BALLS FLEW EVERYWHER AND ALL THE GIRLS WERE MAKING fun of me, it was really embaressing. and they were like giving all this sympathy to this dumb bitch on my team for like hitting some1 today and getting a speeding ticket earlier in the week, i am like YOU FUCKING MORON!!

dude, get this. The car that gets the best mpg (miles per gallon) out of the Ford line is the Focus, it gets 35mpg. The Ford Model-T got 36 mpg.

 
i got a pimp focus (well my parents do), yeah gas mileage is awesome... we got the best 2002 version the one with the halogen lights and the 500 watt mach audio system pretty sweet ride if you ask me... got a killer deal 2

Man, I had absolutely NOTHING to complain about 5 years ago. What was I thinking. 135.5 in Van right now. This thread is hilarious though, everyone complaining about prices we'd give our left nut to have back. Hahahaha
 
its over $4.00 per gallon in alaska and some remote villages its over $5.00. which is gay...becuase the pipeline goes right through my town and the oil is refined not even 10 miles outside of my town. so im paying for it to be shipped out of state...and then be shipped back right to alaska.
 
Gas prices right now are outrageous. I had to fill my van up the other day and it was $3.90 and in the end it cost me like $90. That's fucking ridiculous!
 
i pay like $5.00 a gallon for diesel. 

shouldnt diesel be cheaper? at least thats how it used to be.
 
In maine 3:95 a gallon now is the average. You know it cost them in the middle east $1.25 cents to pull one barrel of oil out of the ground. They sell it to the oil traders for $3 a barrel and then the oil traders turn around a sell it for like $125
 
yep $1.38 a litre! for you americans that think we count in those gallon type thingers... sheeeesh haha.

1 us gallon = 3.785 litres so... 5.22 a us.gallon.... yay!
 
it makes no sense to me. Diesel is less refined than gas so you'd think it would be cheaper..

but my god this thread is hilarious.
 
Gonna bump this thread and say that gas prices have been going down pretty fast lately! $2.79 here in Utah today. Its nice to see gas below 3 dollars again and I hope it stays this low!

Lold at some of the old posts complaining about sup 1 dollar gas.....

been going down a lot lately right now it's about 2.99 USD/gallon Idaho first time in a long time i remember it being under 3

also bump was at a great time .. epic prediction is epic
 
Less people buy it And the same amount of diesel will burn longer than the same amount of gas therefore it's more expensive.
 
Yeah Ive been noticing significant reduction in price here in Colorado. Last I filled up was right around $2.80.

See you guys in another five years.....
