garnett misses both free throws when he couldve tied the game and then misses an easy tip in at the end of the game to lead the celtics to a loss
 
Fuck all of you KG haters. I hate Boston, but Garnett is great and is going straight to the Hall of Fame when he retires.
 
It was the perfect opportunity he threw it away. Pierce has definetly been the stronger in LA. However, I'm kind of glad they lost this game because now they'll win in Boston.
 
dont be hatin on garnett...he's done alot of good things...he had like 12 reb and 14 pts....that not bad and pierce was def. leading the way...Garnett hadnt taken a freethrow all game when he went to the line so u cant imagine what thats like without practicing...personally im kinda glad they lost cause now it goes back to boston and the home crowd which means people will be happier and way more excited when they win...i mean can u imagine people in LA cheering for the celtics if they had won there??
 
oh yea cause umm a double double is such a big deal for garnett..... 14 points for garnett is really good right? how about missing 3 out of 4 foul shots when they really count
 
that was bullshit he choked on those shots but you can't go trashing him because he racks up so many points and is a really sick player but you can't say he singlehandedly lost the game for the celtics, that's just not fair
 
i like KG but he has never been able to put it together to close out games. he just doesn't have that killer instinct. you cannot deny that. his D is solid, but his patented fadeaways never go in when the game is on the line and he doesn't have to post up game to really control the tempo at the end.
 
seriously i think that pierce is their closer...but did u see that steal that kobe had WHEN IT COUNTED...THAT FUCKIN SEALED THE GAME...not when Garnett missed the shots...i mean yes he is a pro so he should make most foul shots but seriously pierce shouldnt have lost the ball like 3 times in the closing 5 min. now its back in boston and thats where we want it
 
dude that steal was a FUCKIN FOUL. Kobe's arm reachem under Pierce's arm and swiped it.
 
^as far as im concerened that was a fucking reach in foul. yeah he got a millimeter of ball after hittnig his arm and ribs trying to get to it. if that game wasnt in LA that would have been called a foul
 
^dood im not saying it wasnt a foul...just that that was the turning point where there was no return and not garnett missing his foul shots...after those points it was pretty much sealed...yes i think it was a foul too but obviously it didnt get called nd it ended our run
