Anyone catch this while it was in theaters? My roommate just got a bootleg copy, but it sounds like a chickflick. Lemme know what you thought of it and if its worth watching.

It's worth watching just for Natalie, but keep your eyes off my girl.

I thought it would be a chick flick, its more of a mind fuck self realisation movie. pretty sick, alot of drugs, and the guy that made the soundless velcrow is funny.

it was a really good movie, it kind of kept a semi slow pace to it, but it was well done for zach branffs first movie i would suggest seeing it and the soundtrack is very good as well.

^yes, excellent sound track. i thought zack braff played the part very well. i agree that it was a bit cliched, but i enjoyed it. it reminded me quite a bit of 'lost in translation'.

oh my god are you kidding. such a good movie. and so not a chick flick. its about zach baraff (sp?) experiences after his mom dies...that can be a drug like state as some of us know.

yeah man, good film, got some good sophisticated humor and irony too it, so its much more intelligent than your average hollywood, comedy/drama.

It was a bit different, you don't really get into it until about a third of the way through. Its weird in that it tries to be serious (ie with his mum and everything) and then tries to throw in the humour. It was good but you have to get your head around the fact it doesn't follow any particualr classic movie structure.
