GAPERS

They get in our way yell at us and annoy the crap out of us so here i stand wondering what we should do about this major dilemma in the skiing world.

Solution 1 have separate mountains for them to learn on then have them pass a test to see if they can migrate to the ungaper area.

solution 2 before you buy a pass of any kind to a ski area you have to answer the question if you are a 1 2 or 3 and if you awnser 1 you are only sold a bunny pass

solution 3 in between the lip and the landing of jumps have filters and if you land in one it filters you to the bunny hill where you can learn how to ski

Now I am not aginst people learning how to ski and realize that even i was once a gaper i just want people to learn in a safe invirnment with teachers to show you how to ski

I want you to go to school and learn how to write english and also stop justifying threads to the center. It looks bad and makes me feel like you might just be the true gaper.

Assuming you're a diehard skier who skis a lot and has a pass to your local mountain, you need to realize that the tourists are the ones paying for your mountain. if you really think that they make money off of people who buy passes and ski every day, then think again. So no mountain will ever put in rules like that because then no tourists would come, and then they would lose business and close.

Theyre like a sugar daddy to core people. yes they may be annoying but we have to live with them to ski.

yep, so they get in the way. This will never change.

UNLESS... we develop state of the art bindings that will eject gapers from their skis upon zigzagging through in-runs and landings. These bindings will send them flailing helplessly through the air, clear of said area. Once they complete a certain qualifiying test the settings will be changed on the binding.

It's impossible to learn in a safe invorement, although it is possible to learn in a safe environment

the ideas behind the holocaust were to "hide" and body who was not perfect much like this person wants to ban anyone who isn't "perfect" at skiing to the bunny hill or a separate mountain.

thinkin they aint

This depresses me...To the person who explained the basic economics of the ski industry, I applaud you for bringing some sense to a senseless thread.

It is undeniable that gapers are irritating but any reasonable person would understand that naivety is the issue. If someone who doesn't quite understand the rules of the road makes a mistake I will casually let them know it and then they will learn from it. Everyone is on a learning curve so there is no sense in deterring people from skiing because people learning, trying new things, and wanting to be there is what keeps this industry in a state of progression.

OP you need to take a step back and think before you post because people on here will eat you up for this crap. The pizza maneuver didn't help your case.

You should erase that video on your profile dude. Cant talk shit about gapers when you video record yourself skiing like the king of them. Learn how to turn and ride switch...

gapers basically subsidize our decent priced passes and everything, you should thank them. plus at least gapers are usually stoked on shit unlike hardo park skiers

This, I usually don't really mind them, since they're often having such a blast skiing that I can't help getting a smile on my face. Also OP, you can't really complain that much if your video consists of 70% pure pizza...

Gaper's ain't shit and can't do tricks, roll over the knuckles and stomp the lips. Knock em the fuck out after they're done, then hop in the gondi and take a quick run.

well god dam you making this thread and having that video on your profile is like Hitler signing up for J-date
