so he hit it in practice? its a start but i highly doubt there will be any cork 810s cause its such a ridiculously difficult trick but if hes really going for the top that alone will get him gold if he stomps it

Sammy will podium. Look at USOpen.

Tanner's gone...Gagnier is in there, Sammy, you're all pullin for Candide but he hasn't been flexin it too much in comps...so he's kind of an underdog, Jon is in there too...
 
i dislike the french on the whole...but those two frenchies are psycho and have texas sized goners. anything corked to rail is illin'.
 
Plus that's just one feature, albeit one that could decide the competition. Sammy will absolutely destroy some of those boxes.
 
im not saying candide will win, i just hope he will throw big on that rail since he is the skier who could do it.

it would be sick since no snowboarders did the rail.
 
oh man i hope candide and lolo go sick on that rail, especially after no snowboarder touched it.

i love sammy and all, but i think he's just going to play it safe and spin to win. im hoping for candide and lolo to pull some crazy shit
 
its all about the course

sammy throws it down on regular sized stuff like at the open-pretty eas ystuff

Thovex is all about going big (the candide invitational) and is sick at spinning onto rails and the x games has the perfect setup for him

Candide will throw it. Hes got balls and he was gonna throw it last year in the orage masters. If he stomps it he should win because noone else even thought of that let alone tried it before him.
 
see I don't think we'll see a corked 810 to rail, way to risky in a comp. But he might do that cork 450 tail to rail, that'd still be sick. The feature was built specifically for candide. Its the same exact set up for the powder shoot 2 years ago that he destroyed
 
Candide seems like one of the chillest guys ever and throws down harder than anyone else if he really wants to. I'd be stoked to see him win.
 
jon will place, he always places...candide idk he tried a 450 on last year in either prac or the first round and took a bad wipe. so idk how consistant he is. sammy..well i figure he'll place depending on waht features he chooses to hit. we all know he has the jumps on lock down.
