Games you play while skiing

Sometimes when my friends and I get bored we will play a game where we get as close to a rail as possible and see who can slide it the farthest, we call it "how slow can you go". Other than the obvious game of SLVSH, what games do you play on the hill?

I try to make the last run take the most convoluted and long as possible route down the mountain sometimes. I dont get why some people try and make it the fastest. Thats probably why the last run gods frown upon them

always tell people your from texas on the lift.

It's kind've funny, but for some reason I always meet a lot of people during spring break that are playing that game.

How many beers can you drink in one lift ride? Friend last year got 3 or 4 coors down on a 4 minute lift ride. Epic pow day.

Points is a pretty fun game. Basically a v mellow version of SKATE, make your jolly way down the mountain, and anytime you think of anything you want to do, stop and call a point for it.

Example- Skiing, skiing, skiing, ohhhh shit look at dat down rail, point for a lip on blind truu. Then everybody who your skiing with can either attempt the trick and receive a point for a successful attempt, attempt it and eat shit and not get a point, or pussy out all together. In the end its not really about who has the most points cause everybody loses track anyways, but def a fun way to branch out and try some shit you might not otherwise think of/ try.

going on runs and telling gapers that theres a moose down below and they need to be really quite and take there skis off and walk down

I was at Park City in April. I was riding the lift up to 3 kings or whatever the fuck that lift is, and I heard "THERE'S A MOOSE ON THE LOOSE". Looked back and saw a moose just finessin it's way down the slope. All the skiers came to a halt, but then this little 5 year old jerry kid chased after it. The moose was terrified and ran into the lift line and chased away a crowd of 50+ gapers before running away into the woods. I have great respect for the moose of the wasatch

At my home mountain on the last day their was a grizzly bear chillin out at the bottom of a run. Me and my group of friends had to get ushered around by the ski patrol. Pretty crazy, props to the grizzly of the Rockies.

lip on back tru every rail ever

Nah for real tho. This game if the rails are more gnarly. If they are less gnarly then I go for all 4 in a line.

How many people you can hit on the lift with snowballs

Biggest spin off of the chair ("get off here" place)

Switch to Switch down the whole park

How high can you throw your gloves on the chairlift game. Pretty simple, if you drop your glove you lose.

Chinese downhill, basically a race to the bottom on a preselected trail. Also you have to go as big as you can on every roller and slight lip. And its sick at huge mountains, I went to Sun Valley and we did it top to bottom on cat tracks.

I like playing a game where I you don't do the same trick twice. Every time you land a trick you can't do it again, and you just keep going for as long as you can. You're forced to get creative and also learn trick you haven't done before.

Anybody got a good name for it though? No Two Tricks?
