Yes they are. But as soon as someone uses my gamer tag on their xbox, they can use the gamer tag to download all the purchases.

Also, my xbox has been 100% wiped/formatted and is now on craigs list.

but yea, you can download your purchases on to any xbox so long as you have the gamer tag, but everytime you download them onto a new xbox, the last xbox they were downloaded onto will no longer have online access to them
 
Unfortunately this is incorrect. Once you sell your gamertag, you will need to do a license transfer so the new person can download and use the content. Hope this helps.

Yes, it's simple. It would be prompted when they go to download the maps. Since my xbox has been formatted and sold their is no chance of someone tampering with the account.

Especially considering you get ALL emblems, challenges, and titles in MW2 unlocked. Which is damn near impossible to do unless you have no life or you get into a challenge lobby, which are very rare now.

30$ is fucking lowwww. Props for not asking for hundreds of dollars like some people. I saw the OG tag Pikachu go for two grand. Ridiculous. Im pretty happy with my tag ( Jibtendo ) so I'm not looking to buy.. but this is a kickass deal and someone should throw money at this kid.

If you really want to sell this you could probably sell it for a little more on reddit. Those kids would be looking for something like this whereas on Newschoolers the audience you are trying to sell to is not really a gaming based community. Good luck with this man.
