Ay NS. I was wondering if there are any gamers out there like myself. If you are a gamer, what's your favorite console, game, series, etc. For me I really love the new Xbox One and the GameCube. My favorite series is by far Assassin's Creed.
 
I don't game AS much as I used to but still a fair amount more than a "casual" gamer.

Owned a ps1, ps2 and switched to xbox360 when that was released and is still my favorite console to date. Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3 I played religiously.

Now I own a Ps4, didn't care for Microsofts "One" system to do everything, I only need my system to game, and the ps4 does that beautifully. I dabble in some PC gaming as well.

Right now I'm mostly playing NHL 15 and Diablo 3 on the Ps4...Have been impressed with how well Blizzard translated the game to console it plays really well.

PC I play league of legends once and a while, but that community is full of 13 year old bitches, can't stand it. Recently downloaded Marvel Heroes off of Steam (it is F2P) and is basically Diablo, but you get to choose from an insane collection of marvel heroes to play as.
 
If you use a console, you're not a real gamer. But, that doesn't mean its not fun. I've been playing a shit ton of NHL15.

But, PC fo lyfe my dude, or mac now you can play anything via steam ha. I love me some counter strike.
 
PC master race, I have a ps3 also that I used to use a lot, but recently upgraded my computer and I like it much more. Graphics look great on PC

Not to mention way cheaper games and free online play.
 
i mostly play pc games, theres nothing like running games with 10+ mods! Recently though i have been really into destiny on the ps4
 
I play GTA V on the 360 because I would rather spend money on skis than a Xbox One, but it's pretty boring now because I have no friends to play with:( well no friends at all :/
 
I've only played pc recently but in the summer I plan on getting xbox live amd some new games. I might just get xbox live and pickup pc games or something idk. my favorite game is gta5.

They're cheaper than console games and that's before steam sales, when I buy 80% of my games...

Though seriously, I switched to PC and spent about as much as a PS4 on a computer. A little bit more because I needed tools etc to build it, but it really wasn't all that expensive. It runs fifa on 1080p and highest settings at 60fps, PS4 cant do that. It's also a beast at MS Office, taking all of 2 seconds to start a (very large) excel spreadsheet. PC's dominate consoles in every single way bar one or two console exclusives that I actually want to play. I'm happy to live without them.
 
I have no respect for people who say they are gamers and only have a fucking console. 9 out of 10 times there "library" of games consists of call of duty, madden, and fucking skyrim.

Right now I'm wadding in cash little by little for about an 800$ custom rig.

right now I'm playing on an obscenely expensive mac desktop with bootcamp and it plays everything like a charm.

I mostly play league and a lot of world of warcraft, been playing some simcity cities of tomorrow lately.

also how is evolve? i want to buy it but there are other games i kind of want to buy too.

This exclusivity is dumb. Thats like saying your not a skier if you dont use twin tips.

and besides, getting all high and mighty about video games is lame. Gimme Contra 3 and I will smoke any nubs on this site. Im the best

Im not being exclusive sure you "game" so your a "gamer" but it annoys the hell out of me because these people probably don't know the difference between a good or bad game, they most likely only care for the name on the box.
 
Procrastinating, I finally finished Watch Dogs. It's so mediocre it's unreal. 10/10 for premise, but it's definitely at its most fun when our protagonist is deprived of his guns. I couldn't care less about how bad a representation of hacking in real life it is, a character who has complete control of his environment is a very good subject for a game. It could have been so much better.
 
I really got into a mmorpg once. Then one day I stepped on the scale and looked my grades. Never played it again.

Games might be "better" On PC, but personally I find them more fun to play on console. Also skate 3 is my favourite game, which I can't play on my comp.

I do have some games on my comp though, I play a bit of gta/sim city/ cities xxl (better version of sim cities)

Its cool but not quite the same as chillin on the couch with a bag of snacks, turning up the vol on my music system, and playing a bit of gta 5 or skate 3 or something.

98% sure your skill at CS doesnt put you in the caliber of players to say that anyone who uses a console isn't a real "gamer".

I play a lot of TF2 when I can. I'm a pretty vicious demo, and I can play a lot of weapon combos. I also think I have one of the best last second caber games going.
 
Add me on Steam, Incorgnito. I also mess around with some Saints Row The Third, and I'd like to try some co-op Portal 2. Beyond that my computer can't run much else...

Haha dude, my roommate did a gronk spike (but angry) when I beat him at nhl one night, completely broke it, he's thrown it pretty hard like across the room multiple times too. He bought a new one the next day ha.
