Game of Thrones

so i guess that if its 7 here then its already played on the east coast? has anyone found any online links for it?

First episode was good!!!! Kind of weird though some things that happened halfway through the book in it.

Fucking yes! I've downloaded the first episode and I'm watching it after school. I was so happy when I saw Chris in it though, and I love Cassie even more.

Meh, not very impressed with the first episode, but I think they did a great job casting, so I think it will be a good season. Stannis is perfect, I pictured Davos as younger but I think he will do well, and Melisandre looks pretty good also, wish they had given her red eyes though.

Finally watched the new episode. It was good, but there is too many characters. And they all look alike, so it's sort of hard to follow sometimes. But that issue usually goes away after a few episodes.

Kinda liked S01, I thought there was to much talking about epic stuff that we son't see, hopefully S02 will show us some cool stuff. How's the book BTW ?

Oh I feel the same way. If I ever see that actor in real life, I'm knocking him out. He even comes across as cocky in his interviews.

Also, as stated above, the second episode has leaked! Just watched it, the ending is intense!

^ They released up to episode four for preview for critics etc. So I assume one of them uploaded it.

fuckin stoked i get to watch that now, although its kind of shitty ill now have to wait like 2 weeks for the next one, but whatever stoked like i said

Nah, they did something like this last year. To entice people with HBO Go (which is cool, except it isn't), they released the second one after the first one.

The ending to episode 2 was insane. That was a Wildling that he gave the baby to, right? That guy creeps me the fuck out. This show is too good.

..

POSSIBLE SPOILERS ALERT

Nah Craster is a wildling. WIldlings are humans. That was some whole other thing (white walker). Check out the opening scene in season 1.

Definitely not the same thing...In both the movie and the show there are white walkers and others. In the first episode, the little girl is a white walker, the guy at the end of that scene that decapitates the guy, with the dreads is an other.

You're right, I could have sworn someone said 'and let the others take me/you/something along those lines' in the first season, but I guess not.

They say "Others" every once in a while in the show, but the Others and White Walkers are the same thing. I'm kinda confused about it all though. I think I need to catch up with the reading of the book.

Any thoughts on the latest episode?

*SPOILERS*

I absolutely loved the scene with Littlefinger at the brothel where he is telling the crying about his hate for "bad investments." I thought it showed Littlefinger as the real man he is.

Much better than the first episode. Swaying from the books but that is probably a good thing. I think Littlefinger pretty much showed his true colors when he betrayed Ned in the first season/book though.

Tyrion is so sick this season, if Peter Dinklage doesn't get the repeat for the Emmy I would be surprised, his confrontation with Janos was great, although I don't like Bronn as head of the city watch.

Tyrion is my favorite character, but I wish the new season would include more of Robb. I like the Stark's story the most; Stannis and Joffrey/Queen Regent and Daenerys get boring to me. Probably because I don't really like any of those characters. When the Cersei said that thing to Tyrion about his "first joke" when he was born, that was totally fucked up. Tyrion should've smacked her.

at first i didn't want to there was just so much hype about it but....i just finished watching all of season 1 and the new episodes of season 2.... i'm addicted

alright so this is supposed to be on at what 10ET on sundays? I dont know if something is fucked up with my HBO at school but this shit is not on when it is supposed to be. It should be on at 8 MT but I have looked for it from 7-11 and it hasnt come on

I read somewhere that the writers are adding some background to Robb's adventures that aren't even in the books. Should be good!

For me, it each new episode comes on at 9, 10, and 11 p.m. ET every Sunday, so three full hours of the show repeating itself, and then the next day it's on HBO On Demand.

Good episode. Theon had better side with the Starks. Those of you who have read the books, don't spoil this series. I'm almost finished with the first book, time to get the second.
