Gaining weight?

My lacrosse season and rugby season is starting soon and i wanna get bigger. not nessesarily mucles. just maybe more fat if all just to bulk up.

now heres the thing. i can never gain weight. im like 5"9 135-140 and i eat like fucking mad and never gain a pound.

is there anything i can eat like bars or a type of food that bulks up good. thanks ns +k for good advice
 
thats me too haha, I am 6'0 and weigh a beastly 127 haha.
I eat almost 5k calories a day but I don't gain a pound. I have tried protein shakes etc... nothing.
Oh well, I would rather be smaller than fat haha.

wel not even that works on me. Even though I have gained some. I was about 6-1 freshman year and weighed like 120. I'm a little under 160.
 
nah, dude, you can gain weight but don't gain fat. just work out and gain muscle mass. i try to slim down as much as i can during lacrosse season, but im a bigger guy. 5'9 175

i suggest you work out a ton and take this as well as creatine (read up on creatine, it is commonly missunderstood and is really safe and useful). http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/un/weight.html
 
if you're eating as much as you can and still can't gain weight then you might want to look into getting a tub of weightgainer protein shakes. Allmax Quickmass for example has 1010 calories per serving. mix that with 16 ounces of milk twice a day and theres no way that you won't be able to gain weight.
 
I am 180 5'11" and I find I have a high metabolism..I suggest eating like a porker I.E. Twinkie sandwiches, all white bread, lots of pasta, chocolate bars.

Plenty of supplements out there when combined with training and a balanced diet will make you gain weight
 
im 5'8/9 and 175. i just work out a lot and play a lot of sports. im bigger than most kids my size but im not chubby. just start lifting and what not and you will fill out nicely, dont worry.
 
basically it all comes down to you have to eat more. you aren't going to get bigger without the calories. if you have a fairly high metabolism, that means you need to eat even more than most people. eat to the point of discomfort. eat until you feel like you're going to hurl all over the place. then do it every couple of hours. don't eat shitty food either.

Ripped as fuck. lift before school. go to classes. soccer. lift again.

Eat as much as you can and snack your ass fat. On a normal day i consume a about 6k calories....

 
5 ft9. 170. get on my level hah jk but rly. try lifting.. ull gain muscle weight. but umm creatine u gain 10 pounds in like 2 weeks with a load on
 
Ice Cream, chocolate, and other shit.

Maybe you are eating the wrong food.

Look for shit loaded in calories.

We're talking baconators with large chocolate shakes.

Eat two Hershey pie's from Burger King, two of them has like all the fat you are supposed to have in an entire day.

It comes down to one tihng and one thing only, butter / milk / lard enhanced products.
 
Eat CONSTANTLY. You gotta stay working out though or else you'll become a fat fuck.

Peanut Butter. Buy the biggest tub you can find (get Adams cuz it doesn't have partially dehydrogenated oils in it, the other shit does) and set a goal of like a week to finish the tub. Repeat

Make milkshakes with whole milk and like 8 spoonfulls o' PB along with protein powder. Shits bomb. You WILL get huge.

Also, go to costco and buy the giant pack of chicken breasts. Try to eat at least 2 or 3 a day.

Finally, TUNA. It has no fat and 1 can has like 60g of protein. Just don't go crazy (no more than 6 or so cans per week) cuz you can get mercury poisoning from excess amounts.
 
if you just want to gain bad weight don't eat breakfast have a massive lunch and dinner, no snacking and eat till it hurts. This will change your metabolism and you will become a fat fuck.
