Future skiing

this is kinda a dumb thread but im curious...in like 20 to 40 years, most of us will still ski, but will we all still park ski. in my opinion it might look kinda weird seeing 40 and 50 year old people hucking stuff and doing sick rails...but it would be pretty cool to continue skiing that long. what do you guys think?

its gonna be sweet to be the 40 year old that everyone thinks is crazy because they can grind a rail
 
yes people will be. park skiing wasnt around when the current 40 year olds were young, so they dont have a background doing it. that is why some are apprehensive. because we do it now and have been doing it, we will continue to as we age. obviously people will slow down with the progression but i strongly believe people will continue to jib. you will see a lot more 30-40 year olds in the park in 10-15 years.
 
i think all the older skiers will still be skiing park, obviously not at the same level as they do now.

but there will be something new and differnt tha all the younger skier will be doing.
 
imagine a 45yr old with grey hair setting up a huge 4 kink handrail... don't ya think the cops would be like go a head and do this i wanna see you break your fuckin hip grandpa.
 
I can see myself skiing park til my mid 20s or 30s but then ill get hurt or something and then just ski powder after that.
 
i think i will still ski but i wont be throwing my body around...at my age i can get away with a lot but im guessing when i get older i wont be so lucky
 
screw thinking about 30 years ahead of my skiing...lol...i am already doing that iwth a career and it is depressing...lol
