Funny but not so funny . . . what should i do

so i'm in the car comming back from skiing. I'm driving on the high way wen suddently in see in mi mirrors my skis flying out of my thule.(ski boxe)

So i take the next exit i see, and go back in the other direction wen get to my skis a realize that their split in 2

should i wait for next year orgets new ownes now and trie to get a deal
 
wow we almost did the same thing today, my dad forgot to close the ski racks n so we are goin down a road, good thing it was only 30mph and not the highway yet, and all of a sudden hes like did any1 close the ski racks? we are like wtf you put them on there, why would we close them, so we pull over and hes damn lucky they are still all there
