as someone named charlie, i can say that this is the only internet animation that has had a major impact on my life. every since this thing came around and to this day people identify me as "chaaaarliiiiiie." i first heard it when i started my new job last summer, and everyone did it there, and i couldn't figure out why because at the time, i had never seen it. so for about 2 months i was just dumbfounded by everyone saying my name in the same queer manner.
