So I'm going back to california in the summer for a wedding and my mom and I are going to stop by tahoe before we go farther north. Can anyone give me some suggestions for a day or two of fun that we could do. I'm already planning on going to Porter's just because its famous. But both my mom and I are very active and in shape who like adreneline pumping activities. I'm 18 btw. Thanks

hike tallac.. awsome views... or my other fav is craigs lake.. trailhead on the west shore... or if you are here at a good warm time.. float the NUT

if you like biking, you can bike down the truckee to river ranch, but it's pretty mellow. there are some cool rides in south shore for sure by camp richardson. you can go jetskiing in kings beach or incline village, but it's spendy. i'd just go backpacking for a day or two. get a trailmap, there are cool hikes everywhere.

rent a santa cruz v10 bicycle at northstar and ride the trail livewire. by far the closest thing to skiing you can do in the summer, other than skiing that is

if you and your mom like mnt. biking.. you should bike the flume trail. best views of the lake EVER. i would recommend just spending some time hiking around the east shore of the lake.. or just chillin at the beach.

Make sure you stop by T's mexican food resturant for dankkkkkkkkky ass mexican food

you can go rafting in truckee too that pretty fun
