lexan at resorts. most people us lexan or plexiglass or other things for there boxes. i use sheetmetal. slides like a pro( might need a lil lub everynow nad then though)

no they use something better than lexan at ski resorts, its way more expensive too

resorts actually use HDPE which is high density polyethelen, it slides amazing and if yuou can gert it localy isnt very expensive

UHM. ultra high molecular polyurethane. it is definately expensive.

NOT Polyurethane, bot polyETHYLENE.

Any good plastic will work, ABS, UHMW, Teflon $$, will all work as long as you get pieces that are strong enough (thick enough) to stand up to a 200lb Gorilla landing on it. Call around to the plastics shops in the yellow pages.

They use HDPE, it is like lexan, but its uv proof. Its $150 for a 4x8 sheet.

They use a various amount of things. My ski area uses like 3/4 inch lexan. its dope.
