Fulltilts and usage

Are fulltilts good outside the park as well? I know they are as good as it gets for a park centered boot, but can I comfortably bring it in powder and other conditions as well?

I use them for freeride too and like them. As long as your boots aren't way too soft or hurt your feet I kinda feel like boots don't make a huge difference

Boots are boots, there is no such thing as a “park boot”. The only difference between boots is fit, stiffness, shape, and features (pins, walk mode, adjustability etc.) do yourself a favor and explore more boot brands than full tilt. I’ve had 2 pairs of full tilts and personally hated them and now ski Lange xt3’s. The best boot for all of your skiing is the boot that fits you and has the right flex you want.

This exactly. I always wanted Salomon spk and fulltilts growing up because I was a park kid. My Dad got me Dalbello Kryptons instead and I couldn’t imagine wearing anything else. I’ve had them for over 10 years

No you can't. They will literally explode if used on terrain other than the park. By buddy Eric tried using a pair for big mountain and he's now a double amputee.

Literally came here to say this. Full blow out the second they sense they’re out of the park. Kinda bullshit but I get it

I think boots are the most important piece of gear. Get em molded and a custom footbed.

For me. I'm kind of a fatass. 6.2 250. I rock some Salomon race boots. Flex is 130 but I get them moving from my girth. And I can go anywhere

Fulltilts aren't really for everyone, for me I found them to fit my feet better then the SPKs I was riding before.

If you do have your mind set on Fulltilts I'de recommend descendants if you can get them (idk if K2 still makes them? dunno?), Harlaut rides them for 1, and 2 they are very comfortable on and off skis.
