OP, don’t listen to this kid. Do some research and ask homies from your hill and around about serious bootfitters in your area. Every single ski boot is designed different and a boot fitter will help you find the right shell for your foot. There’s no such thing as a boot best for the type of skiing your doing, it’s just which boot fits your foot the best

Selecting (the right) boots isn't this simple...visit a bootfitter! tell them what you're looking for (fit, features, etc.) and they'll help you decide on the best make/model for your feet. buying boots online without trying them on should be a non-starter.

Buy boots in person. Don't settle for a good deal, you need boots that don't hurt.

Its not a bad idea to go get fitted and find a couple pairs you like then go online and find a good deal on em. But I also dont care about supporting "local" shops here in Aspen as they'll never give you a good deal and charge you crazy tax vs no tax when ordering stuff online.

NS is a bunch of degenerates who hate threads about anything except snow pants that are sold on instagram, sorry man

but yeah you should see a bootfitter if you can. full tilts have their pros and cons (i ain't a fan) but the most important thing is a boot that fits your foot well

you provided absolutely no relevant information, why would you expect good advice?

Anyway, you should absolutely talk to a bootfitter if you can. Some of them are super knowledgeable and can tell you a bunch of stuff that you don't already know. Also don't limit yourself to one brand. Another ski boot company might make boots that are better suited to the shape of your foot and the type of skiing that you do.

I am a certified foot technician, pm me as many feet pics as you can and I will tell you the exact boot you need

(Anybody is welcome to send me those pics)

OP, listen to this kid. Don't do research or ask homies from your hill about serious bootfitters in your area. Every single ski boot other than a Full tilt is the same and a boot fitter will not help you find the right shell for your foot. There is such a thing as a boot best for the type of skiing your doing, and it's a Full Tilt.
