Full tilt vs SPK

There may be some weight differnce, but obviously you wont be considering both those boots. FT's original sheel is 5mm narower then the SPk, so the same foot simply cant fit in a FT and a SPK. FT do make a wider shell but it again fits very differntly to the SPK.

So if you havent allready go get your feet looked at by a bootfitter, so you at least have an idea of which boots may fit your feet.

I don't really understand why people care about weight difference unless they are doing huge tours, it's way more important to get the best fit and performance.

I said booters which are 102mm vs Spk 104, I have Spks right now and they are great i was just curious because I always hear how light full tilts are

If you are comfortable ion an SPK I guarantee FTs will not fit you. I've been on SPKs for 5 years and just recently tried on a FT for shits n gigs and all I could think was "I can't wait to get this fucking boot off of my foot"

Not true. I've been riding SPK Kreation's for 3-4 years, just tried on Drop Kicks the other day, and walked out the door with them 20 minutes later. They are super comfy, weigh less, and can be heat molded, so if the fit isn't right, or you grow, and it gets to small, the heat molding will allow for some extra space in there.

I don't understand how when someone asks a question about weight or full tilts in general everyone has to flip shit about a bootfitter and how if you've ridden spks then you can't look at full tilts. He was just asking a simple question. Calm the fuck down. An I'm not just talking about this thread. Booters are lighter than air compared to spks in my experience

Because a lot of people that purchase Full Tilt's, do so for the look's, and not for the fit, or the tech, or any other various reason. A bootfitter know's the game obviously, and a FT boot might not be the right fit for that person even if they like the looks, that's why.

I totally understand what you are saying but it seems like every single full tilt thread I look through there's so much hate and the question they have never gets answered.

All that shows is that the Kreations never fitted you. Its a simply fact that if you fit in a 104mm shell you cant fit in a 99mm shell without a lot of work.

Generally people hear think you need either full tilts or spk's to go in the park. People dont understand that boots are not as simple as I like the look of those Ill get them.

In general it would be best if no one ever looked at boots. It would make fitting them much easier as people would not come in with a boot in mind.

So sorry if you get annoyed that we recommend getting boots fitted correctly.

Also I think you may be a little confused by what a heat mold liner is. All it does is speed up the bedding in process. You get it molded when you buy them and it saves about 3-4 days of breaking them in. Sorry though it wont change the fit in the future, once the boot is packed in, remolding will have little to no effect.
