Full Tilt Vs Spk

the "boot fitter" is probably the best boot u can get, its the best boot for everyone, every shop has it, so its easy to find

Seriously. Go to a shop, try the boots. Buy the one that fits you best.
Full Tilts are narrow and SPK's are wide, but try them on before buying. There is no point in having good boots that don't fit your feet, because that way they won't perform well. Skiing will be uncomfortable and you will have wasted your money.

BAHAHAHA look whos talking? o yea its the kid that bought spks because of a thread he created and now wears full tilt seths. people lay off bootfitters arent the be all end all. i went to one told him i ride park he looked at my foot and sold me a pair of rossis with a 102 last. my calf moves around a ton but i ski em anyways. spk may be best but just get whatever pair you buy heat molded for best results.

heat molding doesnt do as much as u think to all the boots besides full tilts with the intuition liners. You get the same effect from skiing in them for an entire day when ur natural body heat warms the liners up.

you just picked two boots with polar opposite fits. go to a shop, get fitted. buy what fits. dont limit your options

If that's true, then find a different shop.

It's disturbing to me that so many people on NS don't go to a bootfitter or (in this case) don't even know what a bootfitter is. Perhaps it's just that I have been skiing since I was 4, or perhaps because I have common sense, but it's simply idiotic to buy boots without going to a shop first (when boots are the most important aspect of your setup). I would hate to be a small ski shop owner right now... because it seems that a lot of the skiing community is turning away from them in favor of the Internet. Support your local shops! They need your business more than any online retailer.

full tilts have a low 90's foot with but the spk hace a 105 to 115 depend go to you shop and just see what feals good cheack out the dalbelo Elmore to

i got the kreations this year and love them, there very wide when you look down at them you can tell. But buy them from your local shop it prob the best thing to do.

Like everyone said, go to a boot-fitter if possible, but if that is not possible then I would say SPK. I've tried on both, also have a wide foot, and the full tilts killed my foot. SPK's run a little bigger than full tilt in what I've seen, and also pack out fairly easy. So buy maybe half a size smaller than your normal shoe, or if you play soccer, buy them the size of those boots. Hope that helps a little.

i thought he said 'Buy a boot fitter" so i didnt really understand that, jesus christ you dont have to fucking rip on people all the time.

yeah well fuck you.

but seriously i wanted FT Konflicts and i went to try them on and they were so fucking tight the fitter stretched the cables out trying to get them around my calf. so i tried on the SPK Pros and they were the fuckin shit, so goddamn comfy and fit perfectly. i bought them, and now stomping cliffs feels like landing on babies asses. if i had waited for the longer cables to come in my skiing wouldn't be as balls out fun as it is now because the FTs don't fit me.

so yeah always go to a bootfitter because if the boot fits skiing will be that much better for you.

also dont get caught up in the whole specific boot thing. just because you want a park boot for instance doesnt mean you should limit yourself. try on park boots, all mountain boots, race boots, everything you can get your hands on. get what feels best, when its right you'll know.

if you would have looked at the date of that thread you would have noticed it was over a year old, and idiots just kept bumping it

damn that would have been genius. but seriously, that fact that he got it deleted makes it even more funny.

nothin against you mrsskier personally....its just fuckin hilarious

If you have a wide foot FT wont fit, but i got this years spks and hated them they hurt my feet so much, bucause i have a flatter foot, so i went back to my shop and they refitted me and hooked me up with next years Nordica Ace of Spades and there sick. There based off of FT design with the the 3piece boot and they fit a wid foot. So i would get those, but i would check with a professional.

im well aware of the date i just think people need to be put in their place. i have nothing against you thomas but you cant get all hyper bootfitter on kids when you yourself fell prone to buying boots cuz of popularity and looks only one year ago
