Full tilt vs Dalbello

Ok so heres the deal, Im 145lbs and currently ski all over the mountain (BC) with a 26 dalbello Krypton Rampage. However I still get shinbang (minor) and when it gets cold struggle to flex them. I have the softest tongue available for men (C) and was interested in swapping out to a 27 full tilt booter or konflict.

I have had the 27 Hot dogger on and it feels perfect without being moulded. My question is as follows:

Has anyone skied in Both boots and had to go up a shell size in the full tilt compared with the dalbello?

If the hotdogger felt good in store in a 27 will the liner pack out much more?

and lastly, Is a number 2 tongue too soft for skiing all over if I cant get much flex out of a cold rampage. (good flex in mid spring conditions ie; warmer)?

if you're a 26 get a 26 man, i made the same switch as you and found the full tilt to be

lighter, warmer, and just overall, better.

Very similar width, i believe 98mm

The toe box on the FT's may be a little tighter than the Rampage

As far as tongues go on FTs they range from 1-8 I believe, with 1 being the softest and 8 being the stiffest. So you should have a large range of flex available. My Konflicts came with 4s and 8s. Other tongues are available aftermarket as well as replacement parts.

any other reviews from ppl who own full tilts? im thinking about getting some for myself but i dont want the liner to pack out too much giving me a loose boot like my current setup...nordica bsx=suck sports authority shit

I have FTs and love them. Only about 12 days on them so far, 4 or 6 of those being touring BC days. So light, warm and hands down the best boot for me so far.

Try them on though.
